Agreement

By purchasing any Product in KingVariety, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

KingVariety reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.

Account Terms

• KingVariety is not held responsible for any actions made by the user/customer. By purchasing from our store, you are not allowed to take any legal action or retaliatory action against us.
• All Sales Are Final! This means that you are unable to receive a refund in any circumstance — KingVariety will ONLY replace an account.
• Under NO SCENARIO is Charging back a payment tolerated. If you chargeback a payment on any service (including PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Bitcoin Cash), that will result in the immediate banning from the store and termination of any warranty provided for the service you purchased.
• KingVariety reserves the Right to Change Warranty of Any Product at Any time without prior Notice and You/Buyer have/has to comply with New Warranty.

The failure of KingVariety to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and KingVariety and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and KingVariety (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
